What ideology is your faith based upon?

I don't want my opinions to be part of my ideology. I think this is a constant battle for us while in the world.

My ideology is based on the Bible. I am a Christian. The TRUTH is the WORD OF GOD. 

There is no other way for me to have a solid foundation for my ideology.

 An ideology based on anything other than the bible is simply human opinion. 

The world is constantly propagating ideas, beliefs, morals, ethics and opinions that are in direct conflict with God's word. 

 It is very difficult for people to change their ideology. Many people claim to be Christians. Very few actually are. We can't be true followers of Christ Jesus and continue in our sinful lives. (myself included in my not so distant past)

You are not your ideas, you are not your opinions. Both of these change with information and knowledge. Most of which is not NEW information or knowledge, just new to you or new in the way the world proclaims it.

Ideas and opinions  are just thoughts. And if you identify with them, you are trapped in them. And you will be held hostage by them.

You will try to defend them, even if they don't make sense. 

You will try to ignore evidence that points you in a direction that is contrary to what your current belief system is.

Don't be your opinions, don't be your ideas.

Be consistent, be honest, have ethics and morals that you adhere to that are based on God’s Word.
